I was thinking... "What if Jigsaw made a puppet wife for Billy??" and KAPOW! Here is the beautiful Rosemary Jigsaw, wife of Mr. Billy Jigsaw.

-Rosemary gave Billy a "broken heart" shaped box of chocolates for their anniversary.
